Eye Exams Protect Your Vision

Clear View Eye & Vision Care is proud to offer comprehensive eye exams for all of our patients, including tailored examinations for adults and seniors. By having your eyes examined at least once a year, you are aiding your optometrist in protecting your vision by giving them an accurate picture of your ocular health.

An optometrist can detect many different indicators of disease through an annual comprehensive eye exam. This could even include the early detection of systemic diseases such as diabetes. Many eye issues and diseases will not show symptoms until vision loss has already begun to occur – early detection is only possible through a comprehensive eye exam.

By attending a regular eye exam, you ensure that your vision and ocular health are at their best, and that any issues with your eyes will be looked after before they become a serious problem.

What To Expect During Your Eye Examination

During your eye exam, we will:
  • Take a detailed history of both your eye & overall health.
  • Check your eyewear prescription for accuracy.
  • Test & check for any eye health problems or concerns.
  • Talk about preventative eye care, and answer any questions you may have.

At Clear View Eye & Vision Care, we emphasize open and honest conversation with our patients so that we can better assess your needs. We will ask you a variety of questions to gain the best insight into your medical history and how it could be affecting your eyes. We will ask about all of your prescriptions, as well as any past health conditions, or medical procedures you may have undergone.
